Inclusion Strategy Solutions LLC is seeking an independent consultant (non-employee), who is a stellar administrative support person. The selected consultant will have superior communication and organizational skills, the ability to navigate frequent changes of schedules and priorities, and to quickly develop an expert level of understanding of our methodology, marketing approach and process.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations and client pitch meetings
  • Complex scheduling with all levels of stake holders across the globe (training sessions, meetings, etc.)
  • Edit, print, organize training and presentation materials
  • Prepare presentations and training content with short notice
  • Provide support with travel arrangements/itineraries and expense reporting
  • Prepare targeted marketing packages
  • Prepare proposals
  • Create and track invoices
  • Transcribe interview notes
  • Reach out to clients, as necessary, to gather project information and confirm logistics
  • Perform various administrative duties that support our consultancy, such as scanning, printing, etc.

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good follow-up and proof reading skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred:

  • Experience with EEO / Diversity / HR / Legal fields
  • Experience with online tools, including Dropbox, WebEx, and project management tools
  • Experience with social media platforms

Flexible hours (20 – 40 hours weekly)

Meet in New York City regularly

Selected consultant will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
